Digital Go Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Digital Go! These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Digital Go. By accessing and using our services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided below.

Definitions

“Services” refers to the services provided by Digital Go, including but not limited to creative content writing, workshops, digital marketing, and consulting.

“Client” refers to the person or entity that has entered into an agreement with Digital Go to receive services.

“Agreement” refers to the agreed-upon terms of services between Client and Digital Go.

Services

  1. Digital Go will provide the services specified in the agreement.
  2. Digital Go will provide a timeline for completion of the services and will provide regular updates to the Client.
  3. Digital Go shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide requested information in a timely manner.

Ownership

  1. The Client will own all copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the finished product, with the exception of any pre-existing software or material used in the completion of the project.
  2. Digital Go reserves the right to use the final product for marketing and promotion.

Payment

  1. Payment is due in full upon initiation of the services, unless otherwise noted in the agreement.
  2. Digital Go reserves the right to refuse additional services beyond the scope of the agreement until payment is received.

Liability

  1. Digital Go will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client as a result of services provided by Digital Go.

Cancellation

  1. The Client has the right to cancel services at any time.
  2. If services are cancelled, Digital Go will refund the Client any payments made minus any work already completed and applicable expenses.

General

  1. Digital Go reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. This agreement is subject to the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
  3. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation.
  4. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Client and Digital Go.
